ADHD Bristol Collective is a peer-led community group supporting adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions across Bristol and the surrounding areas. Founded on lived experience, we provide welcoming, non-judgemental spaces where people can connect, feel understood, and explore practical tools for everyday life. Through regular support groups, coffee mornings, events, and 1:1 peer support, we focus on reducing isolation, building self-understanding, and fostering genuine connection — without pressure to “fix” or mask who you are. Our approach is inclusive, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that no one should navigate or neurodiversity alone.
As the founder of A.B.C, I have been asked to represent the group and the ADHD community in discussions on local radio, and spoken at various events including Interculture UK, AVIVA UK, ADHD: The Musical, ADHDAF Alienation Tour, Bristol City Council's Neurodiver-city event and ADHD Seed Talks with Dr James Brown.
In February 2024, we were shortlisted for the Equity and Diversity Award at Bristol Social Impact Awards which is hosted by Voscur.
