Practical & Supportive
My advocacy work is rooted in practical, compassionate support for people navigating complex health and education systems. I support individuals to prepare for appointments, attend GP and professional meetings, and ensure their voices are heard — particularly where anxiety, neurodivergence, or power imbalances make this difficult. I have experience supporting people through the NHS Right to Choose pathway, attending GP appointments, helping clarify options, and challenging barriers in a calm, constructive way. My approach combines lived experience with clear communication, emotional safety, and a strong focus on helping people access the support they are entitled to.
